Next – Choose between potato gratin or home cut chips

Join us for a fun and educational evening of fine Spanish wines and delicious food! 

We welcome Juan Velilla from Fincas de Azabache, Rioja, who will be
talking us through a selection of his fantastic wines.   Our chefs have put
together the following menu to accompany Juans great wines!

Selection of Spanish inspired canapes & arrival cocktail

To start: Tapas plate

Serrano ham & mushroom croquettes, shrimp & herb tortilla,
roasted Padron peppers, Manchego & quince, hot chorizo sausage,
piquillo & black olives

To follow

Grilled monkfish skewer marinated with sea salt, garlic & rosemary,
roasted cherry tomatoes, crispy salted capers, saffron braised rice

or – Center cut, West country rump of beef, grilled asparagus, hispi cabbage,
paprika roasted potatoes with chorizo, Madeira & Jerez vinegar sauce
