Events at The Wheatsheaf, Esher

Our stunning private dining room, comfortably accommodates up to 20 guests for a sit down meal or 30 guests for a standing reception. We take bookings for events in the private dining room seven days a week, and we’ll work with you to make your time with us truly memorable.

For meetings and events which require audio-visual equipment, we have fast Wi-Fi, a large screen with HDMI cable, Bose speakers and a dock for personalised playlists. There are several other areas around the pub that can be used for private functions too, tell us your numbers and we’ll be happy to help.

Do You Have Parking?

Yes, we have an ample car park behind the pub.

What Are Your Capacities?

Our Green Room has a capacity of 20 seated, whilst our Restaurant has a capacity of 80 seated for larger dining parties. Our minimum required to book the Green Room is 15 people.

Do You Require Deposits?

We require a £100 deposit to secure any Private Hire bookings. Our minimum spend for our Green Room is £450.

Are You Dog Friendly?

Yes, we are dog friendly in our bar area and outside on our terrace.

Do You Require Pre-Orders?

Yes. We require a pre-order of your food 7 days before your event. Please do inform us of any dietary requirements during the booking process.

First class Sunday lunch. Beautiful Roast beef with lots of fresh vegetables. Staff very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. We were looked after and can’t wait to come back again.Thank You to everyone who looked after us.
